Unilev Capital Corporation
Dan Levy and Raymond Levy are the principals of Unilev
Capital & Management Corporations. They are third generation real estate
investors with substantial experience in real estate acquisitions. Since 1920,
the Levy family has been involved in various international real estate
investments. With this background, they have the experience both individually
and with their predecessors to draw upon for wise and sound decisions. Through
the inception of Unilev Capital Corporation, the Levys have furthered their
investment objectives and take the responsibility of establishing professional
relationships and locating the most sound investment opportunities. As
principals, the Levys work closely with the senior staff of Unilev Management
Corporation to underwrite and conduct due diligence on all potential
acquisitions to sustain their philosophy of Prudent Performance and to assure
both personally and professionally the success of all investments.
Roxana Boiero joined Unilev Capital Corporation in May of 2000 as
Due Diligence Manager with a degree in Business Administration from Universidad
Catolica Argentina - Buenos Aires, Argentina. She conducts the preliminary
underwriting on potential acquisitions and coordinates the due diligence process
on all properties under review with the senior staff of Unilev Management
Corporation.

Shannon Scoville, CPM,
is Chief Executive Officer of Unilev Management Corp. Ms. Scoville has been
actively involved in the Houston commercial real estate market for close to
twenty years with extensive experience in asset management, property management
and mortgage banking for companies including The Prudential, Prentiss
Properties, Vantage Houston and The Horne Company. She earned her M.B.A. and
B.S. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and is a licensed
broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. She also earned the designation of
Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a
member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Women and
the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Janice Jones, CPA,
Controller, joined Unilev in April 2001 and has over twenty years of accounting
experience in various industries, including but not limited to Public
Accounting, Homebuilding, Land Development and Governmental. She graduated with
a B.S. from the University of Houston. She is a Certified Public Accountant
licensed by the State of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Public Accountants.
Pat Sabatino, Director of Retail Management, joined Unilev in
November 1994. She has been involved in several phases of real estate management
and leasing for retail centers, multi-family, office and office/warehouse
projects over a span of 24 years. Her career in real estate started with Joe A.
McDermott, a local Houston developer, and she later joined Gross, Lancton &
Co. supervising a pension fund portfolio. Prior to joining Unilev, she worked
for five years with PRMG as part of a team overseeing a large shopping center
portfolio for Friendswood Development.
Keith Berkemeier, Chief Engineer, joined
Unilev in 1999 and has been involved in building maintenance and engineering
since 1974. He has attended numerous courses and training from North Harris
Community College, Houston Community College and the Building Owners and
Managers Association. He is a licensed First Grade Stationary Engineer,
Maintenance Electrician and EPA Universal Technician.
