Unilev Capital Corp. purchased a portion of the tourist-oriented Showcase Mall on the Las Vegas Strip in August 2011. The mall's 97,400 square foot Phase III was built in 2009 and is anchored by Hard Rock Cafe, Denny's, Ross Dress for Less and ABC Stores. Showcase Mall, next to the MGM Grand, is distinguised by the 100 foot Coca Cola bottle and M&Ms World.

Unilev Capital Purchases Houston Galleria Office Buildings

Unilev Capital purchased three Class A office buildings totaling 1M square feet that are part of the Houston Galleria. The price tag was $176M. HFF represented the seller, an afilliated entity of Walton Street Capital, and arranged $130M in financing. The properties are located at 2700 Post Oak, 5051 Westheimer, and 5065-5075 Westheimer and are currently 90% leased. HFF's team for the seller was led by Robert Williamson with Wally Reid leading the team representing the borrower.
